Shipping & Returns

Delivery

We make your order our priority and would like to get it to your hands in the shortest time possible. As such, please indicate your preferred shipping address and contact details clearly and completely at the check-out page to facilitate your order’s delivery attempt.

We engage with trustable registered mail services to make sure smooth delivery of parcels. You will receive an Order email with the tracking number of your Order once your Order has been sent out.

For Malaysian Customers:

Delivery is free for orders delivered to a Malaysian address with purchase of amount RM200 and above.

There will be a flat fee of RM10 (West Malaysia) and RM15 (East Malaysia) for purchases of amount less than RM200.

All deliveries will be attempted within 3-5 working days (Monday-Friday, exclude public holidays) from the date the Order is submitted by you.

For International Customers:

Currently we deliver to Singapore only with a flat fee of RM150.

Please note that any associated duties and taxes are to be borne by the  customer.

The following items are not available for International shipping due to shipping restrictions:
– Essential Oils
– Argital Sanitizing Herbal Hand Spray

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:

Due to the nature of the products, we would like to preserve the best quality of products for you, therefore all products sold are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All sales are final.
