Already a month into this MCO and I hope everyone is doing all fine 😉
Apart from working from home, sitting at your desk for long hours,
do make sure to do some stretches, take small walks around the house to loosen up abit
I know that some of you may need to take care of your kids,
and supervising them from home schooling
making meals for the family
even the laundry!
BUT
I hope you do take good care of yourself
both mentally and physically
and i mean do take some rest to just BREATHE…….. and PAUSE……..
you deserve it 😉 and drink lots of WATER to keep yourself hydrated
