Argital was founded in Milan in 1979. In year 2005 the factory was moved to Modica, Sicily which is nearer to the claypit. And also Sicily is surrounded by Mediterranean Sea and nature. This day we had the privilege to visit Argital factory and headquarter in Modica, Sicily. We were given an in depth tour of the factory. Production line from the green clay powder to their essential oil was very transparent.

Dr Ferraro showed us the drying process of green clay and gave us detailed explanation of the production of green clay. Argital green clay which was brought back from the claypit will be further dried on their ground before being processed into green clay powder.

Sicily green clay is the main ingredient in Argital. It is known to have existed for over 16 million years. It is a marine clay and is a very rich clay. Argital green clay is rich in minerals and trace elements from the sea.

Argital green clay has many benefits to the skin. Apart from deep cleansing, it moisturizes and balances the skin. Being an active green clay, the vital forces of the clay “recharge” our skin cells. Hence Argital green clay is known to having anti-aging properties. Anti-aging in a way it awakens the skin cells.

GOLD Essential Oil

GOLD essential oil is developed by Dr Ferraro. It is the only available essential oil in Italy produced using dynamization process. Dynamization process uses Anthroposophy philosophy to mimic the rhythm of the hand movements to maximize the active element of the essential oil. Dynamization activates the whole plant. Hence, GOLD essential oil gives you a mild but full bodied scent with very active properties. It is a patented process in which Argital owns.

Anthroposophy is the basis of Argital. It focuses on the balance of the body, mind and soul. Argital is not just a cosmetic but it helps with the healthy state of the mind and soul as well.
